Plastic Crushing, Sorting & Pulverizing Line is an integrated automatic recycling system for waste plastic processing. It combines shredding, crushing, impurity separation and fine pulverizing into one complete workflow. According to different raw‑material conditions, materials can go through full multi‑stage processing or skip certain procedures directly for fine grinding.

This production line is compatible with rigid plastics, PVC profiles, plastic lumps, injection sprues, mixed waste plastics and other materials. It is perfectly matched with SENKOTH double‑shaft shredder, general plastic crusher, magnetic separator, air separator and plastic pulverizer. We provide modular turn‑key solutions for plastic recyclers, delivering clean plastic flakes and fine plastic powder for downstream reuse.

Raw Materials & Final Outputs

Raw Materials (Input): PVC plastic‑steel profiles, waste rigid plastic, plastic lumps, injection scraps, mixed waste plastic, PP/PE/ABS/PS scrap, plastic shell waste and other mixed plastic waste containing metal and light impurities.

Finished Products (Output):

• Clean Plastic Flakes: Uniform‑size plastic fragments after crushing and impurity removal, ready for re‑granulation
• Fine Plastic Powder: High‑fineness plastic powder, adjustable fineness for extrusion and modified production
• Separated Ferrous Metals: Iron impurities filtered out by magnetic separation
• Light Impurity Residues: Dust, paper and lightweight foreign matters removed by air separation

Working Principle

Waste plastics are conveyed into double‑shaft shredder for primary coarse shredding if bulky. After coarse shredding, materials enter general plastic crusher for secondary crushing into plastic flakes.

Magnetic separator removes iron impurities, while air separator blows away dust and light mixed waste. Materials can be discharged as finished flakes at this stage. If fine powder is required, flakes are further fed into plastic pulverizer for high‑speed grinding. Qualified fine powder passes through screen and is collected by cyclone system; unqualified material circulates back for re‑grinding.

Whole production line runs under closed negative‑pressure dust collection to avoid material leakage and dust pollution.
