Working Principle

Materials enter the grinding chamber and are impacted, sheared and ground by high‑speed rotating grinding discs. Under airflow circulation, qualified fine powder passes through the screen and is discharged. Unqualified coarse materials stay inside the chamber for repeated grinding until reaching target fineness. The cooling system controls temperature to avoid plastic thermal deformation.
