Working Principle

Waste lithium batteries go through professional pre-discharging treatment to eliminate residual electricity risk. The materials are then sent to double shaft shredder for primary coarse crushing, followed by fine crushing to dissociate copper, aluminum pole pieces and positive electrode powder.

After crushing, the trommel screen separates powder and granular materials. Air separation removes lightweight plastic diaphragm residues, while magnetic separation filters tiny ferromagnetic impurities. Finally, high-purity copper, aluminum and black mass powder are fully separated through composite physical sorting.

The whole process operates in closed negative pressure with nitrogen protection to ensure safe and pollution-free production.
