Raw Materials & Final Outputs

Raw Materials (Input): Dry crushed and screened materials, including PET/PP/ABS plastic flakes, mixed‑color plastic granules, crushed glass, cable‑separated granular metals, pre‑processed e‑waste fragments.

Finished Products (Output): ‑ Qualified target fraction: single‑color / high‑purity material meeting commercial‑grade requirements ‑ Reject fraction: discolored particles, heterochromatic impurities and defective fragments for re‑processing or separate disposal

Working Principle

Materials are evenly spread onto conveyor belt by vibrating feeder. High‑resolution cameras capture color and surface information of each particle in real‑time. The control system compares detected data with preset sorting recipes. When impurities or target particles are identified, corresponding high‑speed air nozzles trigger compressed‑air jet to blow target materials into reject bin. Qualified materials move forward and fall into qualified‑product outlet to finish automatic sorting.

Note: Materials should be dry and pre‑screened for best sorting result. Compressed‑air supply system is required.
