Trommel Screen, also known as rotary drum screen, is a size‑grading rotary screening machine for recycling lines. It classifies shredded mixed materials according to particle dimension. Usually installed after shredding or crushing equipment, it divides feedstock into undersize fine fraction and oversize coarse fraction, improving the sorting accuracy of downstream magnetic separation, air separation and eddy‑current equipment.
SENKOTH trommel screen adopts heavy‑duty perforated drum structure with quick‑change screen panels. Well‑adapted for e‑waste, metal‑plastic scrap, industrial crushed waste and other complex recycling materials. Supported by direct‑factory cooperation, we deliver stable size‑grading solutions for global recycling plants.
Raw Materials (Input):
Pre‑shredded and crushed mixed scrap, including e‑waste fragments, metal‑plastic mixtures, cable scrap, circuit‑board fragments, shredded plastic and other dry mixed recyclable materials.
Finished Products (Output):
‑ Undersize fraction: fine particles smaller than screen aperture, sent to subsequent sorting equipment
‑ Oversize fraction: coarse large‑size fragments, can be returned for re‑crushing or separately discharged
Material feeds into the slightly inclined rotating drum. Inside the drum, materials tumble and roll with drum rotation. Particles smaller than screen aperture fall through screen holes as undersize fraction. Larger oversize fragments travel along the inclined drum and discharge from the tail outlet. By replacing screen panels, customers adjust cut‑off particle size for different process demands.
Unlike ordinary trading companies, we maintain direct production cooperation with professional manufacturers. All equipment undergoes strict pre‑shipment inspection. We provide stable quality, factory‑direct prices, fast spare‑parts supply and professional remote technical support for global clients.
