This unit uses ultra‑high‑strength rare‑earth magnetic roller to separate crushed stainless‑steel particles from mixed scrap.

Normally installed after magnetic separator and eddy current separator, it recovers valuable Zurik fraction and prevents stainless‑steel contamination in non‑metallic output. Working Principle

Mixed materials are evenly spread onto conveyor belt by vibratory feeder. When passing over high‑intensity magnetic roller, crushed stainless‑steel fragments obtain weak magnetic attraction under strong magnetic field. Their flying trajectory changes and they are separated into dedicated stainless‑steel collecting bin. Other non‑weak‑magnetic materials fly out along normal ballistic path to residual‑material outlet. Operators adjust belt speed and splitter position to optimize separation effect for different feedstock conditions。

Note: Best separation performance for crushed stainless‑steel particles ≥5 mm. Complete ferrous removal in advance will get better sorting result.
