Eddy Current Separator is an automatic non‑ferrous metal sorting equipment widely deployed in waste recycling lines. It separates conductive non‑ferrous metals from mixed shredded scrap by electromagnetic induction effect. Normally working after shredding and magnetic iron‑removal equipment, it greatly improves metal recovery rate and material commercial value.
SENKOTH eddy current separator adopts high‑performance rare‑earth magnetic rotor. With stable sorting performance and easy‑adjustment structure, it is well integrated for e‑waste, cable recycling, scrap aluminum and other recycling projects. Supported by direct factory cooperation, we deliver reliable sorting solutions for global recycling plants.
Raw Materials (Input):
Shredded e‑waste fragments, crushed cable scraps, waste radiator materials, shredded automobile scrap, plastic‑metal mixed fragments, bottom ash residues and other mixed materials from which ferrous metals have been removed in advance.
Finished Products (Output):
Non‑ferrous metal mixture (aluminum, copper, brass, zinc and other conductive non‑ferrous metals); Non‑metallic residues (plastic, rubber, glass, stone and other inert materials).
A high‑speed rotating magnetic rotor generates alternating high‑frequency magnetic field. When conductive non‑ferrous metals pass through this zone, eddy currents are induced inside metal particles, producing opposite‑direction magnetic field and strong repulsive force. Non‑ferrous metals are ejected forward, while non‑conductive materials fall naturally by gravity. The adjustable splitter plate divides materials into non‑ferrous metal output and non‑metallic residue output to complete automatic separation.
Unlike ordinary trading companies, we maintain direct production cooperation with professional manufacturers. All equipment undergoes strict pre‑shipment inspection. We provide stable quality, factory‑direct prices, fast spare‑parts supply and professional remote technical support for global clients.
