As key recycling equipment supplied by SENKOTH, our XRT sorter is commonly deployed after eddy current separators to upgrade Zorba materials. Note: This XRT unit separates aluminum from heavy metal mixture. For further separation of copper, brass, zinc and stainless steel, an XRF sorting machine is required as secondary processing equipment.

Working Principle

Materials are evenly transported on the belt and scanned by dual-energy X-ray source. The system calculates effective atomic density to distinguish light aluminum from heavy metals. The control system sends signals to pneumatic nozzles to blow out heavy metal impurities and realize automatic separation.
